A: You will need to find one through a domain name registrar. The cost varies but a $35 per year charge is typical. (The more names you reserve and/or the more years you reserve them for, the price drops.) Here is a link to the ICANN-Accredited Registrars.
Q: What if I already have a domain name?
A: You will need to change your DNS (Domain Name Server) to us at the addresses below.
Login to your registrar account and make the change. If they do not have a login account for you, send them an e-mail.
It takes 24 to 48 hours for the new DNS to be propagated after the request has been made. Please be patient.... it's a BIG Internet!

Q: Are their any setup fees?
A: No.
Q: How long does it take to setup my account?
A: Normally accounts are setup within 24 hours. We will need payment before it is activated however.
Remember, setting up an account is different than setting up your website or reserving a domain name. The website is your responsibility. Once you have a domain name, the DNS (Domain Name Server) must be changed.
Q: How can I pay for hosting?

A: You will receive a warning email about the limit, Our overage charges are $5 per GB.

A: Make sure they are in the cgi-bin and have the correct permissions (755).
Q: How do I create customized error pages for my account?
A: When you FTP into your account you will see a directory called 'error_docs' and in there is the html files for each error condition. Edit these to change whatever you like.
Q: What is Ensim?
A: Ensim is a web based control panel system aimed at making the user more in control of their own hosting/mail accounts.
Q: How do I access my Ensim control panel?
A: To access control panel you just need to put /admin on the end of your domain.

Q: How can my additional users manage their accounts?
A: For your additional users to access their control panel they need to put /user on the end of your domain.

A: To access your website statistics just add /stats to the end of your domain.

Q: Can I send and receive email over the web?
A: Yes you can! To access your webmail account just add /squirrelmail to the end of your domain.
